Abstract body (not exceeding 200 words) should include Introduction, Conclusion, References, Brief Biography sections. Numbering within the abstract body is up to the author’s preference. The English version of the abstracts should also be prepared.
After the abstract title 2 lines (with the size of abstract title) should be left empty, and the author information should start from the 3rd line. If there are more than one author, the information of all authors should be written in separate lines following the previous ones. After the author information part, 5 lines should be left empty and the ABSTRACT BODY should start from the 6th line. Main titles of the abstract body (including the Conclusion, References, Brief Biography) should start from the 5th line after the previous section, and other sub-titles should start from the 3rd line after the previous paragraph.
Figures, tables, graphics, pictures and formulas should be included and refered within the abstract body, not at the end of the abstract.
Abstracts should be written on a page with A4 size (210x297 mm) with the below page margins:
Top: 30 mm / Bottom: 30 mm / Left and Right Sides: 25 mm
Figures should be created with the computer (drawn with an appropriate drawing programme or scanned), and included within the abstract body.
If it is not possible to create the figures in the computer, then they should be drawn on a A4 sized tracing paper according to technical drawing rules or if an existing figure is going to be used, then it is required to make a very clear photocopy of it.
If the figures are going to be sent separately, their numbering, explanation and exact location within the abstract body should be clearly stated.
Language of the explanations of figures, pictures and tables should be the same language with the abstract.
“Equation Editor” should be used for the complex formulas and the formula number should be indicated within paranthesis, with right indent and all in alignment.
References should not be included as footnotes within the abstract body, but under a separated References title. References should be written with the below guidelines according to the type of the reference.
